NATLING TERMS OF SERVICE Effective date: February 14, 2026 These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Natling mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. 1. Eligibility and Account Basis - You must be at least 13 years old, or older if required by your local law. - Natling is currently device-based. Access and app data are tied to your app/device identifiers and platform purchase account. - You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and Apple account. 2. What the Service Does Natling helps users log food, track calories/macros, and receive AI-assisted nutrition insights. Some features are free; others require a paid subscription. 3. Important Health Disclaimer Natling is for general wellness and informational purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional healthcare. 4. Acceptable Use You agree not to: - Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes. - Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or bypass security, limits, or paywalls. - Interfere with Service operations or other users. - Upload content you do not have rights to use. We may suspend or terminate access for violations. 5. Subscriptions, Trials, Billing, and Renewal (Apple) If you purchase a subscription through Apple In-App Purchase: - Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. - Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. - Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends, at the then-current price for your selected plan. - Any free trial (if offered) automatically converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before trial end. - You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple subscription settings: https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions - Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. - Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies. - You can use "Restore Purchases" in the app to restore eligible prior purchases. Prices may vary by region/currency and may change as allowed by Apple and applicable law. 6. Third-Party Services The Service relies on third-party providers (including Apple, RevenueCat, Convex, OpenRouter/model providers, and OpenFoodFacts). Their services may affect availability or functionality. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond our control. 7. Intellectual Property Natling, including app content, code, branding, and design, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use. 8. Termination You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if needed for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or Terms violations. 9. Disclaimer of Warranties The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. 10. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. 11. Changes to Service or Terms We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service, and may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated Terms. 12. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the provider of Natling is established, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise. 13. Apple EULA Note For iOS users, these Terms are intended to supplement Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). If required by Apple policy, the Apple EULA applies in addition to these Terms.
