Privacy Policy This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications published by Adianit under the developer account available on the Apple App Store (collectively, the “Apps”). We do not collect or store any personally-identifiable information (name, email, address, phone number, etc.). Users are identified only by an auto-generated, anonymous device identifier created inside the app. 1. Information We Collect a. Device identifier – a random string created on first launch; no link to Apple ID, email, or other identity. b. In-app events – taps, screen views, feature usage, error logs, and similar analytics data sent to PostHog for product improvement. c. Purchase data – subscription status, product ID, and transaction receipts provided by Apple’s StoreKit; we never see payment card or Apple ID details. d. Images – photos you attach to AI chat or quick-scan features are uploaded to our Convex storage bucket and retained only while required to provide the feature; images are not shared externally except as described in §3. e. Prompts & AI requests – the text or image you submit to our AI chat or identification feature is sent to third-party LLM / vision providers solely to generate a response; these inputs are not logged or used for model training. 2. Analytics & Advertising a. PostHog – anonymous event analytics used to understand feature usage and crashes; no personal data is sent. b. Meta (Facebook) Ads – the Meta SDK may collect device identifiers, IP address, and in-app events for ad attribution; you can opt out of tracking in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. 3. Third-Party Service Providers We share data only to the minimum extent necessary to operate the Apps: – OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Vertex AI, or similar LLM providers → user prompts and attached images to generate AI responses. – Convex → cloud storage for temporary image hosting. – Apple → StoreKit for validating purchases; Apple handles all payment information. – Meta → anonymous events for ad measurement. Each provider is contractually prohibited from using data for any purpose other than providing the service. 4. Data Retention Analytics events: 90 days. Images: deleted automatically after 30 days or upon your request, whichever is sooner. AI prompts/responses: not stored on our servers. Purchase receipts: retained for the lifetime of the subscription plus 12 months to honor refund windows. 5. Your Rights & Controls – Request Data Copy – tap “Export My Data” in Settings; we email you a JSON file with everything linked to your device ID. – Request Deletion – tap “Delete My Data” in Settings; all analytics, images, and purchase references are erased within 24 hours. – Opt-out of Analytics – toggle “Share Analytics” in Settings; PostHog collection stops immediately. – Revoke Tracking – iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable permission for the App. 6. Children The Apps are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. 7. Security Images are encrypted in transit and at rest in Convex. All external requests use TLS 1.3. Device identifiers are stored in Apple’s secure keychain when available. 8. Changes We will notify you of material changes by an in-app alert at least 30 days before the new policy takes effect.
