SOCIAI PRIVACY POLICY Effective date: September 25, 2026 Short version: you don't sign up, we don't track you, your content is used only to help you create, and you can delete everything from the app. This Privacy Policy explains how Adianit ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use the Sociai iPhone app (the "App"). Contact: support@adianit.com. 1. No sign-up, no tracking Sociai has no email or password sign-up. The App creates a random, anonymous account identifier on your device and keeps its key in the iOS Keychain. We don't ask for your email, phone number or Apple ID. We don't show ads, don't use advertising or analytics SDKs, and don't track you across other companies' apps or websites. 2. Information we store To run the App, we store on your account: - Your onboarding answers (platforms, goals, niche, audience) and, if you give one, a first name. - What you create: posts and their versions, ideas (text, links, screenshots and photos you add), boards, campaigns, brand kit, sample posts you share, your Creator DNA and the notes the in-app coach (Ninja) keeps about your preferences. - Your conversations with Ninja. - Usage counters for plan limits, your streak, notification preferences, your time zone and your push notification token. - Subscription status (active plan, renewal and expiry dates). - Reports you send about AI output. 3. How AI uses your content Sociai writes with AI. We only send your content to AI providers after you agree in the App, and you can turn this off at any time in Settings > AI & your data. When you ask Sociai to draft, rewrite, score a hook, read an idea or chat with Ninja, the relevant text and images are sent through OpenRouter to the model provider (currently OpenAI) to produce the result. We request providers that don't retain or train on your data. We never use your content to train our own models and never sell it. AI output can be wrong. Check it before you publish, and report anything harmful from the App. 4. Service providers - Convex: database, file storage and backend hosting. - OpenRouter and the AI model providers it routes to: content generation. - RevenueCat and Apple: subscriptions. Apple processes payments; we never see your card or Apple ID. RevenueCat receives your anonymous account identifier and purchase receipts. - Apple Push Notification service: reminders you turn on. 5. What we don't do Sociai doesn't post to your social accounts, doesn't read your social media and doesn't access photos you don't pick. Camera and photo access are used only when you choose to add a picture. 6. Retention and deletion We keep your data while your account exists. You can delete anything you created at any time, or delete your whole account in Settings > Account > Delete account. Account deletion removes your data from our database within minutes and also asks RevenueCat to delete its customer record. Deleting the account doesn't cancel an App Store subscription; cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Deleting the App without deleting your account leaves the data on our servers. To have it deleted, email support@adianit.com with your Account ID from Settings > Account. 7. Your rights Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to its processing. Email support@adianit.com with your Account ID and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. 8. Children Sociai is not directed to children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has used Sociai, contact us and we'll delete the account. 9. Security and international transfers Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our providers. Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries, under their standard data protection terms. 10.
