SOCIAI TERMS OF USE Effective date: September 25, 2026 The plain rules for using Sociai and Sociai Pro. 1. The agreement These terms apply to the Sociai iPhone app, made by Adianit. The app is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/), and these terms add to it. If they conflict, Apple's EULA wins for the app. 2. Sociai Pro subscriptions Sociai is free to use with daily limits. Sociai Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the App Store, billed weekly or yearly at the price shown before you buy. New weekly subscribers may be offered a reduced price for their first week; after it, the regular weekly price applies. - Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. - The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, including an intro week. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends. - Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings (Settings > your name > Subscriptions). Deleting the app or your Sociai account doesn't cancel it. - Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. 3. Your content You own what you put into Sociai and what it helps you write. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the app for you, as described in the Privacy Policy (https://adianit.com/sociai/privacy). You're responsible for what you publish and for having the rights to images and text you add. 4. AI output Drafts, hook scores and suggestions are generated by AI and can be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to other content. Review everything before you publish. Hook scores are an estimate, not a promise of reach. Use the in-app report option if something is harmful. 5. Acceptable use Don't use Sociai to create content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, deceptive (such as fake reviews or impersonation) or that infringes others' rights, and don't try to break, overload or reverse engineer the service. We may limit or close accounts that do. 6. The service We work to keep Sociai available but can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features and limits may change. To the extent the law allows, Sociai is provided "as is" and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. 7. Changes and contact We may update these terms and will note the date above; continuing to use Sociai means you accept them. Questions: support@adianit.com.
