Terms of Service (“Terms”)
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before downloading, installing, accessing, or using any mobile application published by Adianit on the Apple App Store (each, an “App”). By tapping “Get,” “Install,” “Open,” or otherwise using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.
1. Relationship with Apple
These Terms are between you and Adianit, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the App. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App. By using the App you represent that you meet the age requirement and have full power and authority to enter into these Terms.
3. License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Adianit grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control and as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the App.
4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
a. Payments – All fees are processed by Apple via your Apple ID. We never access your payment card details.
b. Pricing – Prices displayed are in the currency associated with your Apple ID and include applicable taxes. Prices may change at any time; changes apply only to new purchases.
c. Renewal – Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period until you cancel through your Apple ID Settings. Cancelling stops future charges; you retain access until the current period ends.
d. Refunds – All refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s refund policy. Contact Apple Support for refund requests.
e. Free Trials – If offered, unused trial portions are forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
5. User Content
You may submit text prompts or images to AI features. You retain ownership of your original content. By submitting you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (solely to the extent necessary) to transmit your content to third-party AI providers and return the response to you. You must not upload any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We may remove any content that violates these Terms.
6. AI-Generated Content
AI responses are algorithmic outputs, not medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or usefulness. Reliance on any AI output is at your sole risk. For health, pest control, or safety concerns, consult a qualified professional.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share data. By using the App you consent to those practices.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to:
– use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
– interfere with or disrupt the App or servers;
– attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems;
– use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) without our prior written consent;
– upload viruses or malicious code;
– harass, abuse, or harm another person;
– use the App to violate Apple’s Acceptable Use Policy.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your license at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your conduct harms the App, other users, or third parties. Upon termination you must delete the App and all rights granted to you cease immediately.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADIANIT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ADIANIT, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE APP OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) USD 50 OR (B) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES; IN SUCH CASES OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Adianit, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of or access to the App; (b) your violation of any term of these Terms; (c) your infringement of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.
13. Third-Party Beneficiary
To the extent these Terms grant any usage rules that are less restrictive than Apple’s Usage Rules set forth in the App Store Terms of Service, Apple shall be an intended third-party beneficiary of these Terms and shall have the right to enforce them against you.
14. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the App at least 30 days before the new terms take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App and cancel any active subscriptions.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also be protected by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

Apple App Store Notice
The App is licensed to you by Adianit, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App, including but not limited to: (a) product-liability claims; (b) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (c) claims arising under consumer-protection or similar legislation.
